A Month in Vietnam by Scooter and Train

Our best discoveries in Vietnam included an abandoned waterpark with its enormous dragons, an orange desert resembling a moon landscape and all the countless alleys shining in beautiful fluorescent light. Many of these gems were found from the back of our scooter, which was our trusty companion. 

The journey started in Ho Chi Minh city, from where we took the train up north. On our way we stopped in Mui Ne, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon, Hoi An, Hue and the national park in Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng. To see all of these towns we took a month, which allowed for a slow pace, which was welcomed.
