Soon Hitchhiking Again

I’ll have to admit that it was a rather weird sensation to go straight to the super sales of Stockmann in order to find cheap flights after waking up in a tent? I’ve never experienced shopping flight tickets from this legendary madness. The queues are perfectly aligned at 11 am, but when the crowd is let inside the rules disappear.

Inner China was our first adventure destination, but those tickets were already gone in the morning, so we started looking for something else. This is where Japan came up! I’ve never been so unaware of a country I’m traveling to. Sushi and sumo wrestling. But what else is there?

The plan is to hitchhike around Japan for two weeks and see what this country of oddities has to offer. If anyone has got travel tips for Japan and especially the regions of Nagoya, Kyoto and Tokyo please share.
